Question:
I get a System Error 53 after WinPE is deployed.
Solution:
This is a network mapped drive issue.
To resolve make sure the following have been done:
1. PC name is UXSVR
2. There is a user active/enabled named QCUSR with password provided in user guide.
3. Network profile is set to Private or Work (not Public)
4. The c:\uxd folder is shared with QCUSR and with full permissions.
5. Firewall is set to allow local communication
6. QuickCAST configuration under DHCP - PXEclients only is unchecked
7. Make sure you are getting an QuickCAST IP by typing ipconfig at the command prompt
